Overview
Why CORDAX
To revolutionize MEP system design by providing contractors with a unified platform that streamlines coordination, optimizes material usage, and ensures code compliance – ultimately saving time and money while improving project outcomes.
Purpose
Our Mission
Democratize state-of-the-art MEP design by automating every routing decision—so contractors and builders can keep design in-house, slash costs, and meet every code requirement with confidence.
Challenge
The Problem
Residential builders waste $30 billion annually on MEP rework.
Traditional stamped drawings take 6–12 weeks and cost up to $10 000.
On-site fixes drive delays, scrap, and margin erosion.
Answer
Our Solution
CORDAX’s software ingests 2D plans and outputs fully annotated, permit-ready MEP drawings in minutes.
Start MEP coordination earlier in the project with guided installation and assured code compliance.

Our Story
CORDAX was founded in May 2025 by applied mathematicians and computer engineers, who have surprisingly worked in the construction industry, from Queen’s University and is headquartered in Ontario.
In just one month, we’ve signed 15 + paid pilot customers and are on track for a full market launch in August 2025. After conducting hundreds of in-depth interviews with leading Canadian contractors, we’ve confirmed a clear, urgent demand for our streamlined MEP routing solution—and we’re ready to deliver.
