Motivation

Our Founding Story

CORDAX was born in 2025 when our founders, experienced in mechanical engineering and engineering consulting in the commercial construction industry, identified a critical gap in the design workflow. While BIM had advanced significantly, the coordination and optimization of MEP systems remained a time-consuming and error-prone process.

Our team had experienced these pain points firsthand while working on complex construction projects where system coordination and optimization were time-consuming and error-prone. What should have been a streamlined process became a weeks-long endeavor requiring multiple specialized tools and extensive manual work.

Driven by the belief that AI could solve these challenges, our team developed a novel approach that could not only automate MEP system routing but also optimize layouts, perform real-time calculations, and ensure code compliance.

After intensive R&D and collaboration with leading contractors, we are launching the first version of our unified MEP design platform, raising the bar for automated system coordination and optimization. With progress accelerating by the week, early adopters are already experiencing significant time and cost savings in their projects.
